SARASOTA
Regularly voted as one of the best places to live in the USA, Sarasota has it all. It boasts a great school district, plenty of shopping, and only a two hour drive away from Disneyworld, Orlando.
VENICE
Venice offers something for everyone including beautiful beaches, a quaint downtown shopping area and the old Florida scenery along the Myakka River. Once known as a haven for older people, it is now attracting the younger generations due to many new build communities developing in the area. Venice can also boast the only dog beach and ‘tiki’ style restaurant on the beach ( Sharky’s ) for many miles around.
NORTH PORT
North Port is the fastest growing city in Sarasota County. It is a very modern community with good Sarasota County schools. It also has quick access to all of Southwest Florida on I-75 and it's only 15 minutes to the world class beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. North Port is attracting mostly families and a younger crowd as many shops, businesses and even its own hospital are being built and planned for the future.
